Back in January, I set some big hairy audacious goals.

One of them was to post three times a week on this blog, and by doing so, I would end up posting 156 times over the entire year (52 weeks times 3 posts a week).

2018 has been a really fun year for me writing, and it’s pushed me to work on becoming more clear in my presentation of my ideas, and lead me to learn and share many new ideas with you and the other readers of The Mastermind Within.

I try to focus on these three areas for content topics: personal development, personal finance and entrepreneurship.

One of my favorite quotes is from the book “The Miracle Morning”, and is all about how becoming better as a person will lead to success in other areas of life if you believe this:

Your level of success will rarely exceed your level of personal development, because success is something you attract by the person you become.

Focusing on becoming better as a person, through working on communication, mindset, learning and habits.

You can read my review of “The Miracle Morning” here.

After understanding how we can be successful, the next step is tackling our finances and working to become financially free.

I don’t care about being rich to just be rich, but with an abundance of money comes an abundance of options.

Money allows you to do whatever you want with your family, time, career, and relationships, and by understanding the fundamentals of building wealth, increasing income, and reducing expenses, you can become wealthy.

Out of the roughly 150 posts from 2018, I’ve chosen 25 that I believe were the best.

Below, I share with you these top 25 posts from 2018.

All Assets are Worth Considering (and Owning) for Financial Success

Traditional personal finance advice says keep to cash, stocks, real estate and bonds for financial success.

What a Relatively Frugal 25 Year Old Male Living in the Midwest spends his Money on

Many personal finance bloggers provide net worth, income and expense, and goal updates each month for their financial situation.

Some of these bloggers go in-depth into the details and are fully transparent, while others will tell you at a high level their net worth and how it changed during the month.

I love transparency and revealed all in this post.
